I’m finding that more and more often my feet are the least looked after part of my body, despite me being on them for so much. I looked into trying more footcare to improve the look and feel for my sensitve skin and tried out these Dr Anders footcare treats. FeelMyFeet caters to footcare and only footcare, and has been created by a podiatrist, therefore I think they’re a trusted source.

Ingredients
Nourishing Daily Therapy
Olus Oil, Coconut Oil, Tamanu Oil
Ingredient Benefits
Coconut Oil is an extremely good emollient and conditioner. It helps to retain moisture and make your hair and skin look and feel hydrated and smooth.
Olus oil has excellent emollient and occlusive effects, moisturising the skin whilst acting as a barrier to moisture loss.
Tamanu oil is extracted from the fruits of the Calophyllum inophyllum tree meaning “beautiful leaf”. It contains large amounts of phytochemicals and is a natural healing agent with anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
How To Use
You should lightly spray this over your feet when you need it. When you get home from exercising or just get in from being on your feet all day. Give a light spray and the oils will soothe and moisturise the skin.
Use in bathroom/area that’s easy to wipe down as oil can spread past feet,
Step in Skincare Routine
- Use mist whenever your feet need a moisture boost (Like after exercise!)
First Thoughts
As soon as I saw it was a mist I was worried as they can get really messy, but also because many “mists” are very water based and don’t really do much. Also adding water to my feet and then not drying properly could cause further issues rather than help the dryness. Luckily this was not the case – and the product is actually made up of three different oils which are built to moisturise and help heal the skin.
During Use
Applying the Nourishing Daily Therapy mist wasn’t as difficult as I expected – although I did need to clean up the floor after. I do think the Intensive Rescue Balm is much easier applied with more added benefits at this stage though.
Having oil on my feet felt extremely strange (especially as you can’t do anything until it sinks in!). Fortunately it doesn’t take too long to absorb, plus as it’s cold your feet do feel soothed whilst applying the product. I enjoyed getting into a regime of putting this on my feet, and then reading some of my book until done.
After Use
I wouldn’t say the mist helped my skin immediately – but over time my skin was smoother and healthier. Used alongside the Rescue Balm and Treatment Gel helped too i’m sure! Overall my skin felt soothed and I had less dry patches and calloused than before.
Would I Re-Purchase?
As you can see, my feet have “heeled” up from dryness a lot. There’s a tough patch on my toe although this may still reduce in time. Because of this I think re-purchasing alongside the other two products would be beneficial.
